Catherine Baca accepted a Proclamation from Bernalillo County NM Commissioners last night! We are truly honored to support the community and spread the joy of New Mexican food and culture!

Bueno Foods and the Baca family were recognized by Bernalillo County last night for 75 years of preserving family tradition and authentic New Mexico flavor. 🌶️

What began with generations of chile-growing heritage and family recipes passed down through the decades grew into a company that has become part of kitchens and tables across New Mexico and beyond.

From Hatch chile fields to a nationally recognized food manufacturer, the Baca family’s story reflects hard work, perseverance, and a deep commitment to preserving New Mexican culture through food.

Congratulations to the Baca family and Bueno Foods on this well-deserved recognition, and thank you for helping keep New Mexico traditions alive for generations to come! 👏
