We all have our favorite restaurants, but do you ever wonder who it is working behind the scenes to put that food on your table? We are here to bridge the gap between patron and chef by giving people the opportunity not only to explore local culinary offerings, but to get to k

now the people who create them. This is accomplished through events that connect food-lovers with the people who create the food, giving local chefs the ability to get their name out there, and providing people with the opportunity to try new food, to meet new people, and to turn the necessity of eating into something far more enjoyable.

I once ate at a hole-in-the-wall falafel place in Manitoba, Canada. It was the kind of place I could have easily walked by without even noticing, but I'd heard it was good, so I checked it out. The food was great, and the experience was very unique. Have you been to any similar places, either in town or otherwise?
