Hello from Carol and Ralph Campbell the proud owners of the ABQ Olive Oil Company. We have lived and worked in New Mexico since 1986. During our travels we discovered a “tasting shop”, such as ours, and learned the true meaning of ecstasy! Wow, we could not get it out of our heads how amazing true Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Aged Balsamic Vinegar could taste. We bought our first bottles while in th

e Midwest and never turned back. The amazing taste was not the only thing we learned to love about “true Olive Oil and Vinegar” we also learned all about the health benefits we gained when cooking, and baking with these products. There was just one thing missing—a store close to home! What better way for us to share our knowledge and products with our community, but to open a store in Albuquerque. We chose our location in a unique shopping center near Corrales Road and Alameda Road. We liked the feel of the Bosque charm, and of other family-owned business being our neighbors. The store is surrounded by beautiful old Cotton Wood trees and friendly people. We, along with our friendly talented staff, will help you choose just the right combination from 20 Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 30 Balsamic Vinegars for your next meal. We even have receipts to save you time on those busy evenings. We pride ourselves in offering you the highest quality and freshest selection at very affordable prices.
