This weekend, we were honored to celebrate the life and legacy of our very own, Erin Best. She passed surrounded by love, music, laughter, and community. As many of you know, cancer became a catalyst to living the most intentional, beautiful, and joyous year of her life. Truthfully, Erin made magic her entire life! She was magnetic, a best friend to all who met her, and she had the best dang laugh! She was instrumental in creating the most loving and charismatic community in Albuquerque. A performer, a comedian, a cherished family member and friend, and the best dang kombucha slinger New Mexico has ever seen! Erin was a jack of all trades! Did you know she was part of the New Mexico Ferments team since the very beginning? What a gift to have loved such a beautiful infinite soul. We send our love to all those touched by Erin, and encourage you to celebrate the joy she brought to your life! We know her energy will continue to fill our walls and kombucha and her laugh will echo every time you pop open a can of kombucha. We love you Erin! 🥰

What do we do here on Wednesdays?

We make magic happen! 🪄We take the precious elixir we have been crafting for a few weeks and pump it into cans and kegs. Making sure we always have the kombucha your body craves and loves!

The weather has been unusually hot. We skipped over winter and have dived straight into Spring! Have you found your hot weather drink yet?
