I CHOW LLC wanted to take a moment to give back and help others today. All across the United States, so many people are losing jobs, housing, resources, etc. Today, we prepared turkey, beans, and rice to help feed as many individuals as possible. We look forward to continuing to help feed individuals in our communities.

Sunday Soulfulness:
Energy and frequency play a vital role in our daily life. We can absorb energy in various ways throughout our day. Sundays used to be considered family time, and this is when our souls were replenished by the food consumed. The food was always prepared with loving, warm energy from our elders. Ask yourself: do you put that same energy into what you prepare for your loved ones? Also, what was the one dish that always seemed to touch your soul?
