🚨 We Need to Talk… 🚨

We’ve received some feedback about our prices, and honestly, we completely understand. Times are tough, and we know every dollar matters.

One thing we’ve always promised is transparency, so we wanted to share a little behind the scenes of what goes into every tray, sandwich, and plate we serve.

Meat prices continue to rise, with brisket alone costing us nearly $6 per pound before trimming, seasoning, smoking, and serving. And as many of you know, BBQ isn’t a quick process. We cook on an offset smoker, which means every smoke is managed by hand. One of us is checking temperatures, adding wood, and tending the fire throughout the cook, sometimes day and night, to make sure every brisket, pork butt, rib, and turkey breast is smoked fresh and served the way great BBQ should be.

We’re not a large restaurant or a chain. We’re a family-run business pouring our time, energy, and hearts into every event and every meal. Our goal has always been to keep our prices as reasonable as possible while still providing quality BBQ made from scratch and smoked the traditional way.

We never want anyone to feel like their support goes unnoticed. Every order, every share, every recommendation, and every visit helps our family continue doing what we love.

Just a quick update from 505 Pig & Rig BBQ! 🔥🐷🚛

We’re taking our usual Sunday and Monday break to rest up, prep, and get ready for another week of serving up smoked BBQ!

We’ll be releasing this week’s schedule tomorrow once we finish locking in a few locations. We can’t wait to share where you’ll be able to find us this week!

🔥 SOLD OUT… AGAIN YESTERDAY! 🔥

Y’all heard us when we said we upped the smoke this week… and somehow you STILL wiped us out! 😂🤯

We were beyond grateful yesterday for this amazing community that continues to show up, support local, and keep us busy from the moment we open. Every plate, every share, every recommendation means the world to our little family business. ❤️
