We just made a new batch of hot pepper jelly, and had two jars that didn’t seal - it happens, and nothing is wrong with them other than needs to be refrigerated. If you’d like a jar (or both!) to add to your refrigerator this week, let me know!

Our seasonal treat for the next week is… fudge! While there are only four flavors pictured here, we’ve made quite the variety over the years and plan to do so again this year.
