Scott and I have been working really hard on the carnival style games for the kiddos. We’ve had help with some of the planning and artwork from Curio Artistry. Michele is an amazing artist and has donated her time and considerable talent.

Through a very generous donation from local sponsors, the kids carnival games will be FREE! 🎟️ Wow, we are bowled over!

Did I mention APPLE BUTTER?! 🍎 Doug Alderson and Amanda Johnson Alderson will be there with his Mom’s recipe old fashioned apple butter for sale. And talk about generous! They are donating half of the proceeds to Alderson Main Street.

The🍎Apple Slingshot is gonna be fun! A big thank you to George R. Kusner for building it!

THIS is the kind of stuff Alderson is made of! Please come out and support the community and say hi to your neighbors!

Join us in Historic Downtown Alderson, WV for a day of small town, family friendly fun! This event continues the tradition of Alderson's Fall Festival and is sponsored by Alderson Main Street and the Town of Alderson.
This year the emphasis is on family, with a host of new family activities and carnival style games that are FREE (thanks to our wonderful sponsors) for the younger kiddos. We will also have a bounce house for the kids, apple launcher for the big kid in all of us, a beard contest, live demonstrations, shopping with local artisans and farmers, and food trucks.
Live music from Country Blue from 10am-Noon and Group Therapy from 1pm-3pm.
