On the menu for Friday is Coq au Vin (boneless chicken thighs prepared like pot roast), Meatball Baked Ziti, Chicken Picatta over Orzo Pasta and our beakfast casseroles: Sausage Egg Green Chile Cheddar, Bacon Egg Cheddar, French Toast Casserole and Baked Oatmeal with Mixed Berries & Pecans.
