We’re ready for tomorrow’s market at Dadeville’s Patriot Marketplace! We’ll have veggies fresh from Mann Farm including okra, squash, watermelons, peppers and tomatoes along with flowers. Baked goods this week are pimento cheese squares, old fashion tea cakes, espresso brownies, my grandmother’s recipe she called chewy cake (aka Alabama sweet pecan bread) and apple or peach fried pies. It’s the last market of the year so come see us for fresh tomatoes, sweet corn, peppers and okra. We’ll also have plenty of beautiful zinnias, sunflowers and celosia and yummy baked goods including tea cakes, oatmeal coconut cookies, Butterfinger brownies and fried pies (apple, blueberry, pecan and strawberry).
