Happy (almost) Spring!

As most of you already know - I’m taking a break from running the farm this season. I have had people reaching out, so I just wanted to publicly post here. I’m super grateful I had the opportunity these past two seasons to connect people with plants and herbal medicine.

I don’t know what my next step on this journey is but I’m slowing down, grounding, and listening in to what aligns. Feeling really good about it all thus far.

The farm is just north of Asheville in Alexander.

Hi plant people!
Happy full mooooon🌕

I’m going to be teaching a couple beginner level herbal medicine making workshops this summer at the farm in Alexander. One in August about tinctures + vinegars and one in September about body oils + salves. All the techniques will be folk style herbalism and are so easy to learn! After these workshops you’ll be able to make your own herbal remedies like a pro.

Each workshop will consist of a plant walk around the farm to smell+taste what’s growing, then everyone will harvest their own plants that we’ll be working with, and we’ll all make medicine together that you can take home to add to your home apothecary. It’ll be a sweet time✨

Our June apothecary box is all about sleep support. Sleeping well is the most important thing we could do for our health. When we sleep, our bodies are performing vital metabolic processes to keep us healthy. Such
