Our turn ins for the KCBS Harrisburg Show.

Team Captain JB says overall he feels like across the board we put together an impressive spread. We faced some adversity with a team member who wasn’t able to make it, but the Hungry Holler Crew stepped up and gave it our all.

Turn ins:
1. Brisket
2. Pork
3. Chicken
4. Ribs

Now we wait for the results!

The Hungry Holler team had a great time at the Keystone Classic Barbeque State Championship. It was our second KCBS event and we broke the top 10 with a 7th place in pork ribs, 12th in pork and 15th overall!

Kicking off the season cooking 20 dozen wings on the Gateway smokers at 5th annual BBQ Bonanza. Our team was able to take the first place for People’s Choice Wings on Friday night. Hopefully we can keep our streak alive in Saturdays competition with people’s choice pulled pork, and judged pulled pork, brisket, ribs and chicken 🔥
