Introducing the Sambewe from Tanzania 🇹🇿

Produced by smallholder farmers in the Mbozi district, this lot represents a shared commitment to quality, collaboration, and the future of coffee in the region.

Expect mellow notes of fresh melon, peanut butter, malt, and a soft syrupy sweetness. It’s clean, balanced, and quietly complex.

Spring Social Market at Hypergoat is here ☕️🌸

We’re turning our parking lot in Old Town Alexandria into a spring market filled with local vendors, coffee, and good company.

Vintage finds, local art, plants, sweets, and a few things you probably didn’t know you needed.

Come grab a drink, walk around, and stay awhile.

New coffee release in Old Town Alexandria ☕️
 Finca La María — Colombia 🇨🇴 
Grown by the Taborda Cortez family, this coffee has been part of their story for generations passed down, cared for, and built on decades of experience and intention. 
After years away, Adolfo Taborda returned to the land he grew up on to continue that legacy with his family and you can taste that level of care in every cup. 
Expect something vibrant and a little unexpected: tropical fruit, grape, plum, a touch of cocoa, and that almost champagne-like finish. 
Juicy, slightly effervescent, and one of those coffees that keeps evolving as it cools. 
If you’re into pour overs or just looking to try something new in Alexandria, this is 100% worth ordering.  Save this for your next specialty coffee visit and let us know what you taste.

A traditional macchiato elevated with our house-made Earl Grey lavender syrup.

Floral, citrusy, and gently sweet. A small drink with a lot of character.

This drink earned first place at our Spring Showdown.
