The first Ric copy got a pickup swap, fancy tone pot, Tusq nut, long scale strings and new tuners. It’s really made a transformation and it plays great. The electronics are very responsive. Action is low, neck is straight, no buzzes.

No sound from this MK2 JCM 800. I was tasked with diagnosing the issues. The power tubes were all visually burnt and two can capacitors were leaking. The tubes hadn’t been changed since 1983. So now it needs quite a bit of work to bring back up to spec. Unfortunately, That’s going to wait for another day.
