POLICIES & PROCEDURES (PLEASE READ)

• Please place orders or send inquiries via business contacts only: [email protected] or text/call 240-523-3398 (I DO NOT ACCEPT CALLS/TEXTS TO MY PERSONAL NUMBER/DMs/SOCIAL MEDIA COMMENTS/INBOXES etc.
• Please allow 7-10 days advanced notice when placing an order.
• Please specify desired date and time of pick up when placing order. Keep in mind th

e requested time is not guaranteed but I will do my best.
• Order request will be acknowledged NLT 24hrs from initial contact except Sundays, afterwhich payment information will be sent.
• ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF ORDERING via cash app $sweetteelee. Once payment is received your order is considered confirmed and pickup location will be sent.
• IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 24hrs YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED.
• Please indicate, in the "for memo" what the payment is for when sending payment (Example: 3dz red velvet cupcakes or 8" coconut cake).
• Please be on time for your pickup appointment. Not only is my time valueable; this is also very important as to maintain everyone's safety and well being as we continue to keep with the social distancing protocol. With that being said, upon arrival, please call or ring doorbell when you pull up and your order will be brought out to you.
• PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE A $10 LATE FEE REQUIRED FOR ANY LATE PICK UPS 10 MINUTES OR GREATER.
