Hello Everyone and I hope you're all having a great day even know its a little chilly today.

I've gotten many blends done in the last few weeks along with the Chili lime Mango & Chili lime Pineapple
Two difficult blends because we use actual real Mango & Pineapple but like all our blends its Real ingredients not artificial flavors.

I also wanted to share with everyone that we are doing Skirt Steak now
and like all our meats its Prime Grade Angus Skirt and not the Box store Utility Grade from who knows where and what chemicals it has injected into it.

Skirt Steak is an amazing cut with super beef flavor and can be used for a variety of uses from a quick pan or grilled Steak to Fajitas to Tacos, it can be stuffed and rolled almost like a German Rouladen but Skirt would be a premium cut for that dish and much more.
Just a great cut for the Grill or stove top.

Dry marinated with our Taco Fajita blends or especially try our Birria Blend for Skirt Steak

Hi everyone
I also made two new blends
A Birria Taco blend and a Chicken Grilling blend.

The Birria Taco blend was actually a little difficult due to how the Birria Taco is actually made and cooked.
It runs a variety of very interesting and somewhat non traditional spices that in the end come together to create that very unique taste.

The other new blend " Chicken Time" is basically a blend of very mild chillies and Spanish La Vera sweet Paprika and a touch of citrus and other earthy spices with California organic garlic and onion.
And as you know absolutely no chemicals or fake ingredients ever in any of our blends.

Should be on the Spice Wall by this Friday.

And the Carna Asada blend is on the wall now.

Hi everyone and its so nice to be back in the store blending again.
Pretty much all caught up with them all and the spice wall is 90% filled now with all the favorite blends.

I also wanted to take this time to tell you that when I wasn't blending you may have noticed a little diffrence in taste with some of the blends.
I realized that a few ingredients were left out or some were just completely off in taste.

They tried so hard to cover for me and it was a valiant effort but as you know many of our blends are running well over twenty five completely natural ingredients and all done a very certain way.

If anyone did experience an off taste in blends during the holiday season of 25 into January of 26 please just tell me and ill replace it for you.

Again I'm so sorry for the mixup and I am showing Kathy and my Daughter exactly how I do these blends so this doesn't happen again.
I take tremendous pride in blending a blend with the best possible ingredients we can buy and it absolutely makes a difference.
