Each deer is handled individually & cut to your specifications, from start to finish. We are a family owned and operated small business in Campbell County Ky. We value our customers and will do our best to meet your custom processing needs.

Regular Cut: includes skinning, chops, steaks, roast & burger - $120
Specialties and Extras:
Skin for Mount +$20
Summer Sausage (approx 3lb per roll) +$10
Breakfast Sausage (5 - 1lb packs; regular, spicy or hot) +20
Sliced for Jerky (we do not make Jerky) +10
Entire deer sliced for jerky +20
Cube Steak +10
Entire deer cubed steak +20
Stew Meat (5 1lb packs) +$10
Butterfly Chops +10
