Open Sky Farm

Open Sky Farm Overlooking the Blue River Valley, Open Sky Farm is located on a small family-farm, near Alexandria, NE.

From there, we raise our 100% forage fed and pasture raised beef and lamb. We use no grain, hormones, antibiotics or vaccines in our beef or lamb. Most is sold directly to customers as quarters, halves or wholes; however, we do offer individual cuts and expect to start offering products from a few grocery stores later this year. We will also begin offering pasture raised pork and chicken again, due to customer demand.

Okay, everyone..it's that time of the year, when we start taking deposits for quarters and halves of our beef. If you have indicated in the past that you were interested in purchasing this year, I will be contacting you in the next couple weeks. Please let us know if you are interested, because our beef is always on a first come, first serve basis!!
