Can we talk about soap for a minute? I know it's been a while since we've talked about soap here. Just go with me here.... Did you know that soap, REAL handmade soap, doesn't expire? It just ages and gets harder the longer it sits. The scent may fade but that's not the biggest reason we're using handmade soap, right? Bonus points for the lather! The longer handmade soap sits and air dries, the better the lather is, the bigger those beautiful bubbles get. So, why are we even talking about soap? We've recently had a few farm friends reach out asking if we make goat milk soap. While the answer is still no....we do have a stash of well aged handmade soap we're looking to get into YOUR hands at a drastic discount! The smells have faded....and the labels are faded or nonexistent. Not all of it is goat milk and we can't tell ya which bars are and which bars aren't. But they're ALL amazing handmade soap. So....what's the deal? $2/a bar. That's a STEAL friends! Grab a whole bag of soap and stock up while we have it available!

Oh look.....goodie....more rain 🙄

For everyone who's been asking, we've been just fine through the storms. We're far enough away from the White River that the flooding isn't affecting us. We have our own minor flooding issues though. The field off our barn usually floods in the spring, not August. We have another paddock that usually floods some in the spring. Luckily the goats all have dry shelters to hunker down in. We've been blessed compared to some in our community. Please join us in praying for our neighbors 🙏
