Sourdough, sourdough, sourdough! 🥖🍫

The stand is stocked this morning with all your favorites — including Double Chocolate Sourdough Muffins (yes, they’re as dreamy as they sound 😍).

The cooler is full and ready for those personal pre-orders!

We also went ahead and put all of our (not - so - perfect) pumpkins out at the stand — they’re free for anyone who wants one, whether you’re decorating, baking, or have some cute farm animals who love a fresh pumpkin snack. 🎃 (They’re all unpainted, unbleached, and uncarved!)

And if you’re feeling a chill ( 🥶 ) or just want something cute to toss on — the clothes hanger is stocked with some cozy jackets! Take one, leave one, or just snag one that catches your eye. 💛

It’s a beautiful morning here at Popp Hollow Farm, and everything’s warm, fresh, and waiting for you!

🌤️ Saturday morning at the stand!

Our sweet Camden — one of the best helpers on the farm — stocked the stand bright and early this morning with fresh, warm sourdough loaves! 🥖

You’ll find:
✨ Plain Jane sourdough (mini + reg)
🌶️ Jalapeño cheddar
🍕 Mozzarella + pepperoni

And guess what?! Those Emma Dell’s y’all have been waiting for are BACK! They’re cooling as we speak and will be hitting the stand soon — right alongside some warm, gooey cinnamon rolls fresh from the oven. 🤎

Don’t forget to sign our guest book while you’re here — we love reading your sweet notes and seeing where everyone’s coming from!

At the heart of every beautiful sourdough loaf is one simple thing — a healthy, thriving starter.
Your starter is alive, full of wild and good bacteria that bring your bread to life. When it’s strong, bubbly, and well-fed, it rewards you with that perfect rise, golden crust, and soft, tangy crumb.

A healthy starter means a successful loaf — and every baker knows there’s a little bit of magic in that. 🥖✨

Our secret? We don’t follow the rules.
We do what feels right and what looks right to us.

We don’t feed our starter by the book or measure by ratio — we feed it to a consistency. STIFF. Like playdough!

My sourdough changed the day I stopped comparing myself to other bakers, stopped chasing “perfect,” and put down the measuring cup and scale.

There’s a freedom that comes when you just bake by feel — and the bread somehow turns out better every time. 💛

🌧️💛 Stormy mornings are made sweeter here at the stand! It’s stocked and ready with all the usual yummies — plus a huge restock of our crowd favorite… APPLE BUTTER 🍎✨

Fresh from the oven this morning:

Sweet little Mila was the one who stocked the stand bright and early while Mom’s away at work — keeping the heart of the farm going strong. 💪🌾

Even on gray days, there’s always a little sunshine waiting here at Popp Hollow Farm. 💛

🍫✨ Saturday Morning at the Farm Stand! ✨🍫

The bread’s in the oven (and it smells amazing 😍), but the most delicious double chocolate muffins are already stocked and still warm at the stand this morning! 🧁🍫

You might notice a few things looking a little different around the stand 👀 — we’ve added a small spot with new and gently used clothing, shoes, and a few other items. They’re there for anyone who could use them, or just something that might brighten your day. 🤎

📝 We’d love for you to leave us a note, a prayer request, a suggestion, or just stop by to say hello — it truly makes our day.

I’ll post again later once the fresh bread makes its way to the stand 🍞✨
