I know I've been very quiet lately but we have been very busy on the homestead! My care business was going to open officially on September 1st but I filled my available bed last week! Patient care is definitely my passion and affordable quality care is so needed.
We also had Covenant Mobile Meat Processing And Butchering come and process our rabbits for me last Thursday. I'm absolutely so grateful for them. We spent the last 2 days making nearly 50lbs of rabbit sausage. It also looks like I need you to come back next week or so to castrate piglets that were born in the last 30 minutes! I'm still squeezing in bread, granola and my artistic outlet of custom cakes and trying to decide what to do with my farm stand since I no longer have time to bake for it. Oh! And there will be eggs at Dapper Dough this Saturday at the Panama City Farmers’ Market. I absolutely could not do all of this without my extremely understanding and supportive husband Rick Garcia ❤️❤️❤️

Its been a busy day! We've made some serious progress on my guest room conversion thanks to Jeff Cloud and my husband Rick Garcia. I am so excited to offer private care in my home. My latest cake was a hit at Bay District Schools retirement party for Kathy AND we WILL have eggs this weekend at the Panama City Farmers’ Market with Dapper Dough ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Oh! And I picked up 2 more cake orders!!!
