Beautiful log grown chestnut mushrooms. They have a nice nutty umami flavor with tender stems you can use in any saute or soup. They came up nicely with all the rain. We will have lots for the Alfred Farmer's market tomorrow along with the rest of our harvest!!

We're at the Alfred indoor farmers market today from 11-3 at the UUC community center! Come visit!!

We will be at the indoor Alfred farmers market tomorrow located at UUC center from 11-3. We will be bringing a variety of fresh produce, ferments and jams/ syrups. New this week will be our vibrantly colored Luna Rosa Radichio. It makes a lovely side salad paired with a sweet vinaigrette, and radicchio's slight bitterness is a good addition for the thanksgiving feast. Can't wait to see you there!
