BrookRidge Boilers Pure Maine Maple Products We are a family run operation and we are in our 24th year of producing Pure Maine Maple Syrup. Our maple products are hand made in small batches.

We are a family run operation and we are in our 21st year of producing Pure Maine Maple Syrup. We offer a full line of French Canadian favorites such as Tire a l'erable (maple taffy), Buerre a l'erable (maple cream), Sucre a la creme ( maple fudge) and Cornets a l'erable (maple cones). We invite you to join us on MAINE MAPLE SUNDAY always the fourth Sunday in March.

Looks like today will be our last boil for the 2026 season. We gathered 800 gallons of 2.5 % sap yesterday and reduced it down to 200 gallons of concentration. We should be boiling till 6:30 this evening. You are welcome to stop by if you are in the area.
