The Aquarian Acres Homesteading, Community, Events, Education HELLO! Welcome! This is a farm. But it is so much more! We, like life, like change. We embrace it and go with the flow. HA!

We are always adding something new and letting things go. One thing that is core to our farm is our love our our family and children. We do this for them and for a better world. We are a hard family to put a description on. We are always a work in progress. Our goal is to grow as much of our own food as possible, in the most sustainable and organic way possible. We love to learn to do things the hard way, so most of the time we make mistakes and don't do the same thing again!!! We offer classes on essential oils and indoor gardening how-to with Tower Garden as well! We are embarking on many new adventure each year! Fruit trees and bushes as well as bees are some of the exciting things coming up! I'm sure there are many more things that can describe us, but, check out our page to learn more!

I’m putting this out into the world because sometimes the next step doesn’t come from a bank. Sometimes it comes through people.

We have big dreams for The Aquarian Acres, and more importantly, we have plans for those dreams.

We have 35 acres. We have ideas. We have skills. We have a family willing to work our asses off. 😂 We’re building toward a working little farm and homestead that can produce food, animals, products, experiences and eventually become a space that serves more people than just our family.

What we don’t have is a giant pile of capital sitting around waiting for us.

And lately I keep feeling like the next phase of The Aquarian Acres may be funded a little differently.

So I’m putting out a feeler.

I’d love to connect with people who have capital they’re interested in putting to work in meaningful, tangible projects and who might be open to creative conversations around private lending, investment, partnership or other forms of funding.

I’m especially interested in people who believe in investing in real people.

Hard-working families.
Small farms.
Big ideas.
Land.
Local food and agriculture.
Creative businesses.
People who are willing to build something from the ground up.

I don’t have a polished investor packet to hand you today. This isn’t that kind of post.

This is me saying: we’re ready to grow, and I think there may be people out there who are meant to grow something alongside us.

The firefly’s are peak right now!

Supposedly, they are in danger of getting wiped out, numbers are already dwindling rapidly, but at least we can enjoy them while they are still here and vibrant! We are so grateful for this gift we receive each year.
