We’re not saying goodbye to summer just yet… but we ARE letting a little fall sneak into the Bake Shack. 👀🍎🍂

And apparently we decided to close out August with THREE brand-new treats! 🙌

🫐 NEW! Blueberry Cheesecake Muffins

The Pecan Sticky Rolls are soft, buttery and baked with a gooey brown sugar caramel pecan topping. No frosting needed. 🤤

Our Apple Crumb Cake Bars are loaded with tender apples and buttery brown sugar crumble, and those Blueberry Cheesecake Muffins are big bakery-style muffins packed with juicy blueberries and creamy cheesecake filling. 🫐

We’re keeping things intentionally small-batch this Sunday, so come early because once they’re gone, they’re GONE!

We are totally sold out and thank you doesn’t seem big enough…

We are heading to the ballpark next Sunday so we won’t be open but we will be back on Sunday, August 30 at 8am! See you then!

Out of over 100 sweets at the shack today, we have a few lemon bars and a few chocolate peanut butter sandwich cookies left!

We had a line this morning starting at 7:40 AM and by 8:30, I already had to restock!

When I had the idea to build the shack, I was really hoping people would come by and just see what we had inside. Never did I imagine that I’d be one of those people with a line down the block before we even open.

This is amazing!

THE RIVER RAT BAKE SHACK OPENS SUNDAY AT 8AM!

This week we’re bringing you:

🍓 Strawberry Shortcake Cinnamon Rolls with brown butter strawberry cream cheese frosting, fresh strawberries & strawberry crunch
🤎 Our Famous Cinnamon Rolls because obviously they’re not going anywhere
🔥 Dulce de Leche Churro Muffins stuffed with dulce de leche and coated in cinnamon sugar
🥜 Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Sandwiches because chocolate + peanut butter has never once let us down
🍋 Lemon Bars for the people who like their desserts sweet, tart, buttery and covered in powdered sugar
