Amazing Kettle Corn

FYI, I cannot pop you a bag of kettle corn upon request. It's not how this works. The smallest batch I can pop will produce approximately 8 small bags, 5 medium bags or 3 large bags. To pull all my equipment out, set up, pop, bag, wash and sanitize and put everything back in storage is A LOT of work to sell a single $5 bag of kettle corn. So, please do not text, message or call me asking for one bag of strawberry kettle corn. When I pop, I pop in bulk and usually the flavors that are most requested. I will post when and where you can pick up a bag when fresh batches are available. However, I am ALWAYS available for bulk orders such as for birthday parties, office parties, community events and so on. I do ask for 5 day notice before your event, but depending on my availability, I may be able to fill your order within 24 hrs so never be afraid to ask for a last minute order. What's the worst I can say, "I can't do it, sorry"? We value every customer but please help us serve you properly and fairly. Thank you and God bless you.

💥Please read to very end💥 "Butterfly" popcorn is what one may find at the movies or a concession stand. Breaks apart very easily and definitely not recommended for kettle corn. We use ONLY "Mushroom" popcorn. Much higher quality, FLUFFIER, does not break apart very easily. Simply just a more satisfying snack in general. We do not pop in a kitchen, but outdoors, in bulk, in a oversized kettle, over an opened flame and believe me when I say, IT GETS HOT!! FYI: Kettle needs to be at 430-500 degrees for a good pop 🥵. We are not in the gourmet popcorn business where one pops in the luxury of a climate controlled kitchen. No, we still do it very old school. Not at all knocking down the kitchen method poppers out there, much love to you all. The outdoors method of popping definitely is not for everyone and I'll be lying if I said I never think about hanging up my boots (I think about it after every pop actually), but at the end of the day I love what I do and I do it for each and every one of our customers. The look on a child's face when they get hold of one of our bags always makes a full day in 100 degree heat and 130-140🥵 under the canopy standing behind the kettle is definitely worth the sacrifice. A HUGE thank you to each and every one of our customers who have supported us along the way, but above all, I thank God for keeping me healthy and allowing me to keep pushing forward when I want to quit. Don't forget to stop by and support the Alice Coyotes Strutters Booster Club tomorrow, Saturday August 1st in front of Mi Casa parking lot on N. Texas Blvd Alice Tx 11am-3pm. They will have loaded baked potatoes and baked goods and you can also pick up a bag of Amazing Kettle Corn while supplies last. The sooner you sell these girls out, the sooner we can get them out of the heat.

I'm not big on lemon flavor, so I asked for 6 volunteers to take a bag home and give me their brutal honest opinion and well, I got some awesome feedback from each one of them, so the Lemon Blueberry Mix is our new addition to list of fun flavors. Thank you to each of you volunteers for your honesty. I know who to reach out to when I'm ready to experiment with another idea I have pending.

FOR SALE💥Idea was to integrate cotton candy into our kettle corn business, but I just never got around to it, so decided to stay focused on kettle corn. Bought this Vivo Cotton Candy Machine brand new and spun maybe 5 batches out of my kitchen to give it a test run, so it has no more than 20-30 minutes of runtime on it. Comes with 2 replacement belts and bubble lid to keep sugar contained. Paid $360 in all not including taxes. You can see the prices on pictures I have attached.
