Thompson’s Family Farms Welcome to the farm! We are a family owned and operated farm since 1940. We raise cattle for beef. Our farm roots were started by our Grandpa in Kentucky then PA.

Some of our other animals raised on the farm are goats, chickens, ducks, pigs and rabbits.

Haven’t had a member of the herd out in a hot minute. Wasn’t bad getting him back in.

We have a 2026 graduate on the farm!!
Blake graduated from the Lawrence County Career & Technical Center on Thursday! He studied CNC and will be headed into an apprenticeship to continue his field.

We are very proud of Blake and cannot wait to see what the future hold for him!

Our newest addition to the farm. We would like to introduce you to, Bear. He is an Australian Shepherd and almost 4 months old. He is a ball full of energy. Likes playing ball, snuggling and barking at the cows. Roadie is his best buddy out of the cats and Weebie does not like him at all.
