Yes. Crisp Power Protein Pretzels protein pretzels are an amazing high protein, high fiber savory snack. But they are so versatile in recipes too. They just make things more fun! All I did was crush up their new honey mustard flavor (my personal new fave) and coated two salmon fillets on hot honey mustard (about 1 TBS) and pressed those crumbs all up in there. Air fried for 8 minutes and it was absolute perfection with so much flavor and texture. If you struggle to get your protein in- these make it easy.
My top 3:
1: Honey mustard
2. Cheddar
3. Spicy 🌶️

Save this for later. Because they’re so easy and you can keep the ingredients on hand all the time!
These ice cream bars have become a weekly staple! To make:
1 1/2 cups vanilla 20g protein Greek (thicker the better)
1/2 cup coconut cream from a can
1/3 cup allulose
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Corvive )
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Optional flavors: shredded coconut, nuts, chopped berries, etc)
Shell:
3/4 cup SF choc chips melted with 1 tsp coconut oil.
Mix the ice cream ingredients and freeze in a parchment lined loaf pan. Slice into 7 bars. Dip into melted chocolate. Keep in freezer and thaw 2 min before devouring.

If you’ve got symptoms or a family with allergies - it’s worth checking out this testing kit. Every home has mold and not all mold is problematic. But the bad stuff is BAD! Like- it can make you sooo sick. So for $40 and five minutes of time, this was such a good experiment. Watch to see the results. And thankfully there are easy steps to take if you discover a problem. But catch it before is dangerous.

If you have a sweet tooth- give these a try. The key is to just slow down. Realize you don’t need a huge dessert to squash the craving. Sometimes you’re actually just needing salt or are dehydrated … or…. Yes. It could be hormones or a habit craving. Regardless- for these times I usually go for something with protein, super dark chocolate, or lately- these browned butter ghee stuffed dates with a sprinkle of GOOD QUALITY salt. Two does the trick and Rancho Meladuco Date Farm dates are like a little slice of natural dessert heaven. Dates also have potassium and fiber and the carbs in them aren’t something to fear. Full Circle Ghee ghee products are outstanding. My local boutique markets like Fermentation Farm carries them. AHP w Sara Banta salt is a blend from several ancient spots around the globe. No microplastics. Helps replenish electrolytes too.

No need for cream cheese for these cuties. Protein packed
If you have a blender and a few ingredients - you could be eating these guilt free in under 30 min. (Plus some fridge time if you can wait that long). Greek or Cottage + Corvive + egg + sweetener + lemon + vanilla (recipe in comments). Happy summer! 🍋

Have you made this “voluminous” recipe yet? It packs in so much protein and lets you get your treat on. You can eat the whole thing or have like one tiny piece of crummy candy for the same calories. I’ll take the whole loaf (with 💪🏽 building protein thanks)!
To make:
Ingredients:
1 cup egg whites
1 sachet corvive protein+collagen (chocolate)
1 Tbs cocoa powder
Dash stevia
Pinch salt
1/4 cup SF chocolate chips

Method:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks. Fold in the Corvive protein, cocoa, stevia and salt.
Pour into a greased loaf pan. Cover with chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-22 min
I drizzled mine with a little mixture of PB2, 1 tsp PB, pinch of sweetener and Koia to make the perfect drizzle texture and choc PB flavor. Enjoy!

Tired of flimsy cauliflower crust pizza? Give this one a try. It passed the kid test- so… huge win!
To make:
* 2 medium Japanese sweet potatoes
* 1 egg
* 2 tbsp tapioca starch (or potato starch)
* Garlic powder, salt, pepper (season with your ❤️)
* 1/3 cup shredded cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Slice the sweet potato in half. Drizzle flesh with olive oil. Place flesh side down. Roast for 45 min. Let cool for 20 min. Remove skin and add to a bowl.

Add the egg, tapioca, and seasonings. Mash well. Stir in cheese.

Flatten with a rolling pin. COAT your parchment paper or it’ll stick!! It should end up the size of a standard baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 22-24 min or until firm and crispy at edges. Make sure to check it because if you rolled it out super thin- it’ll cook and brown faster.

Top with sauce, sliced chicken sausage, more cheese, peppers, olives or whatever you like. Reset oven to 350. Bake for 8-10 min or until cheese is melted. Slice and serve.

Now that it’s warm 🌞out ice cream is in the rotation more often. But done healthier in a way that gets your protein in. And obviously… the Ninja Kitchen Creami makes it easy. It goes without saying- whole foods are preferred most days. But adding in treats that taste as good as the real thing and also add things like prebiotic fiber, protein, etc make life a little sweeter and more fun. And you do’t wake up the next day with regret.
To a blender add:
1 Koia elite chocolate protein drink
2 TBS allulose, monk fruit or sweetener of choice
1 TBS cocoa powder
1 TBS SF vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp Danger Coffee® coffee beans

Blend. Freeze overnight. Ninja Creami on the lite setting.

My drizzle is usually SF choc chips melted with some coconut oil and/or albums butter. Ends up like magic shell. Soooo good. Whole pint can be enjoyed. 32g protein and under 300 cal!
is MOLD FREE and remineralized and has so much depth of flavor. If you’re a coffee snob like me- you’ll love it. I say this all the time but the things you do daily need to be the highest quality. I refuse to drink mold or pesticides daily. Or ever. I have a discount if you want it. Just comment coffee for it.
