Great review from Kimberly... "Shawn from Waterwise has been amazing the past 7 years I've known him. I first learned of Waterwise when I realized our home in Irvine actually had very hard water and we had a pipe burst and many of our neighbors pipes were also bursting from the hard water in the area. I was surprised to learn how hard the water actually is in Orange County. For this reason, it prompted me to get a water softener. I researched so many places through Yelp and got quotes from multiple 4 and 5 star places (Waterwise was a 5-star). The reason I went with Shawn/Waterwise was because of his amazing responsiveness, consultative nature, and customer service. He was very patient in explaining how the units work, talking through options, etc. Our install was flawless. His installer (cannot recall his name) was efficient and fast. Not only did this give our pipes a break, my skin and hair got so much softer from the soft water quality. This was about 7 years ago. When we moved to our new home in Orange County 2 years ago, again I used Waterwise for our new home's soft water unit. It was a similarly great experience. Additionally, Shawn installed a RO (Reverse Osmosis) unit under our sink, as well. This unit made our drinking water sediment and chlorine free, and put minerals back into the water. Shawn has become a great resource and friend for all our water needs, and I cannot recommend him more! :)"

Great review from Gary... "It is normal for a company to be responsive to a customer prior to a sale and hopefully for some period of time after the transaction has been completed. Shawn at Waterwise Solutions took customer care to a whole new level. Let me explain. I did not purchase a water softener from Waterwise. I moved into a house that already had a Waterwise softener installed. I was not a customer nor a potential water softener customer. Shawn responded promptly to my requests for information and helped me identify and purchase an inexpensive spare bypass valve. I have never experienced such a dedication to helping a non customer. I would absolutely recommend Waterwise solutions for their products and services based on my personal experience."

Great review from Richard... "This is a long overdue review for Shawn and Waterwise Solutions. I met Shawn about 5 years ago when I moved to SoCal and found out about the water issue. I heard about water softener and RO system but I had no idea how they worked let alone to pick one. Although I already had quotes from various companies prior to meeting with Shawn, I was so impressed in the meeting and I made my decision to work with Shawn on the spot. Shawn was patient and explained everything in detail. He helped me to pick the right system after analyzing my water usage. He made sure people who work with him were experienced and professional. Installation was very smooth. On top of that he would always answer my questions after the system was installed. I had Shawn installed the system at another house about 2 years ago when I moved. He has become the one person I have to call whenever I am moving to a new place to make sure I have quality water."
