Please join us in welcoming Annie's Corner Bakery! This family-owned business bakes out of Paw Paw, MI. Owner Haleigh will be operating a pop-up bakery in Heronmark starting this week. She has all sorts of goodies to go - sourdough bread, muffins, cookies, and more! We've done all the work of taste-testing for you, and can definitively say that they are delicious 😄

Hours are currently Thursdays 8-1 pm and Saturdays 9-2 pm

P.S. no alcohol sales during these times, but please come back to visit us weekend evenings 😉

It's been awhile since we posted, so we wanted to give you guys a few updates!

Our family has purchased an apple orchard in Fennville where we will be planting our own vineyard in May. This has been one of our goals since starting the business, so needless to say we are excited! The property will be managed by our winemaker, Katelyn, and planting prep is already underway. This will allow us to make cider from our own apples this fall, and estate grape wines in a few years. In the meantime, we're committed to continuing to partner with small MI farms to source our grapes. 🍎🍇🌳

Also, you can now find Seth behind the bar at the tasting room Friday-Sunday, so no matter what day you come, you won't miss out 😉 Seth and head brewer, Ben, have been busy in the brewery. Our tap list is currently full with options for everyone; it's a great time to come visit. 🍻

Starting next week, we'll be hosting a pop-up bakery run by another local business during the day! We're super excited to share more info about this collaboration. Look out for our post next week for their intro. 🥖

We wanted to add a lower ABV option to the tap list and despite the lower alcohol, this German style wheat beer serves up tons of banana flavor.

And that's a wrap on harvest 2025 and our third vintage for Heronmark 🎉. We did 21.5 tons this year! The last grape we worked with was Vidal Blanc from Western Sky Vines. We pressed our orange wine from this batch yesterday and now everything is in the cellar 🍇🥂 Thanks to everyone that helped us out this fall and a special shout out to Seth, John, and Devin for all their hard work.

Now it's back to brewing to get our beer list built back up! 🍻
