A Prayer of Gratitude on Butcher Day

Today we pause with grateful hearts as we gather to harvest the cattle we have cared for. We thank You for the lives of these animals—for the nourishment they will provide, for the work they have allowed us to do, and for the blessings they have brought to our farm, friends, strangers, customers and our family.

We know that farming is a cycle of life, and today is not an easy day. We ask that You help us carry out this work with respect, compassion, and gratitude. May we never take for granted the sacrifice that provides food for our families and for others.

Bless the hands that care for these cattle, the hands that do the work today, and everyone who will receive and enjoy the food they provide. May every meal remind us of the hard work, responsibility, and blessings that come from the land and the animals You have entrusted to us.

Thank You for farmers, for livestock, for the land beneath our feet, and for the strength to do the work—even on the difficult days.

May we always remember that behind every package of beef is a life that mattered, a farmer who cared, and a blessing from You.

RESERVE YOUR BEEF SLOT!
We are taking in an extra whole beef in on August 24th, so we have a few slots available. 1/4 or half
Angus, Angus Cross These beef are looking prime. The weight will roughly run around 250lbs for a 1/4.

Our calves/cows have free feed off very nutritious premium grown fields we plant ourselves, nutrient dense grains with minerals. They have plenty of fresh water, fresh air, room to roam and run.

$4.75lb for hanging weight
We work with Byron Center Meats which charges roughly 76lb for packaging.
