I decided at that time to pursue my passion for cake decorating, so after only a couple of basic classes to get me started my passion has evolved over the years. I like to cover most of my cakes in buttercream, not only do they look as good as fondant they taste even better and the cost is also more reasonable. I love to take on new idea's and learn new techniques along the way. Of course if you p
