Update on Cindy: Been hesitant to post because this has been devastating for us and a learning curve for farrowing breeds other than Kunekunes. Cindy had her litter overnight on July 12th. Unfortunately, that night we had a massive thunderstorm causing a stream to flood through the pig pen. We had a farrowing hut set up at the top of the hill. However, Cindy was persistent to farrow at the base of the pen. She delivered 17 piglets but only 4 survived. We are praying for the day that our pig barn is built to provide adequate farrowing shelter for the future.

Congratulations to our lucky 🍀 guessers Allen and Mike! Enjoy the quick photo op trying to count boys/girls with their bossy mama on my tail. What a sweet blessing just in time for the kids to soak them up over spring break.

2. "Naughty," loaded and ready for a female. He may have shared sweet nothings to his brother, Freckles, and is now in his own pen.
