I love when plates are cleaned faster than the time it took to prepare a meal. There is some satisfaction in taking something from our rustic farm and creating something "gourmet" for my family. From enclosure, to pan, to plate in less than an hour. Roasted lemon curry quail over a bed of rosemary roasted French beans, sweet potatoes, onion, and garlic. Topped with a garlic butter sauce. The whole family approved and new flavor pallet added to the books.

Missing from Allendale, IL. "Q" (Q tip) has been missing since Tuesday morning. I had a yard sale and I believe he was taken, but hoping that's not the case. He has never left the yard before. He is a flame point kitten (white with light orange on his nose, ears, and tail). If you know anyone in the area that "got a new kitten" or if anyone sees him please let me know. I'd like to bring him back home. He is 10 weeks old and very loved and my kids miss him dearly.
