Wow, Wow , Wow My Tequila House Amazing Tacos. We had the Taco Birria and the Tacos campechanos. Amazing flavor with every bite, very well seasoned left your mouth wanting more. We will be back to try more taco flavors as well as the chimichanga!! My Tequila House…you’ve been Served!

Beer Wall On Penn Nashville spiced chicken thigh and sugar waffle with hot honey and chipotle aioli. Can’t forget the duck fat fries with truffle zest and parmesan. Our server was exceptional. Unfortunately, that’s where the compliments stop. The beer wall is a unique experience offering a pour it yourself beer wall with several options to choose from. All beer is charged by the ounce and fresh from the tap, that is if they had them in stock. More than half of the options were empty/unavailable. The available options were mostly comprised of the novelty flavors (blueberry, watermelon, root beer). The cost per ounce was rather expensive, especially considering the limited selection. Back to the food… my meal was served warm, not hot. The chicken had a nice crisp to it and was seasoned well. The texture of the actual chicken was over cooked making it tough and stringy. The waffle was dense, and lacked flavor adding to the dryness of the dish. The duck fries were the star of the meal, however if not for the aioli dipping sauce, they were pedestrian. When coupled with the $6 add-on, they simply weren’t worth it. Perhaps our experience was unique, but we would suggest a skip on this one. Sorry Beer Wall on PENN…you’ve been Served.

Where are my Reuben aficionados at? If you’ve never been to Wally's Deli in Allentown, PA, you’re missing out! A long time staple, their Reuben is stacked with layers of tender corned beef, melted Swiss cheese, tangy sauerkraut, and rich/creamy thousand island dressing. Cover that with crispy toasted marble rye bread and you have one of the best Reuben’s around. Take the trip to Wally’s and consider yourself Served!

Shout out to Saucony Cafe’ for providing the nutrition needed to keep our fans cheering the Philadelphia Eagles to victory. If you haven’t been there yet, now is the time! 24” Italian sub with a fresh baked (Philly style) roll, piled high with meat and your favorite toppings. A tomato pie imported straight from Corropolese Bakery; just the way moms made it…or better! To finish it off, a dozen piping hot wings made to order. Our first order, but definitely not our last!

Notch Modern Kitchen and Bar We had a lovely dinner outside on the porch with heated lamps. The Duck A’ l Orange was to die for. The fried rice was probably the best I ever had and duck was on point. You can tell if a place knows how to cook duck is if restaurant gives the option to medium rare. I give my dinner 💯 Hubby ordered the Japanese Porchetta Ramen .. it lacked broth and the Kimchi was 🔥(spicy). Overall we were very happy with our night out. Please visit Notch Modern Kitchen and Bar the atmosphere and the food keeps you wanting more.
