Side note, it’s also Ryan’s birthday today! 🍻🎉🎂

of ’s first ever Gruit. Incredible and very interesting brew. For those of you who aren’t familiar, Gruits are hopless beers originating in 14th-15th century Western Europe!
Ryan used the traditional ingredients of Yarrow and Mugwort, and added Chamomile, Lemon Peel and Honey. It’s spicy, earthy and just bitter enough!
