CC's Kitchen is cooking more new recipes for 2023! For the week of 1/23, I will be offering a soup and stew. Here's to new tastes! Here's what's on the menu:

Potato Minestrone Soup - This savory meatless soup has tons of veggies. It contains tomatoes, beans, potatoes, spinach, and peas and carrots all simmered for hours in a vegetable stock. Delish!

Lentil and Chicken Sausage Stew - This hearty and healthy stew is loaded with tomatos, carrots, celery, onions, lentils, and chicken sausage chunks simmered in a chicken stock. Will warm you to your toes! \

Happy New Year from CC's Kitchen! 2022 is going to be great! We are kicking this promising year off with some hearty soups to warm you up now that our first snowfall has arrived!!

Soups offered for the week of 1/10:

Italian Wedding - It's all about the meatballs! Chicken meatballs kicked up with some sausage simmered with chicken stock, veggies, and tiny pasta.

Creamy Tomato - Yummy tomato soup with a hint of cream! Pair this with a grilled cheese sandwich and it's a meal!

Stella's Zuppa - this one is a favorite of one of my dear friends, Stella...and it's delish. This soup starts with a base of bacon, sausage, and onions which is sauteed and simmered with chicken stock, cauliflower, and spinach. It's finished with some heavy cream to make it heavenly!!

Soups are $14 per quart

CC's Kitchen is cooking up a few soups and dinners for the week of 12/13!

Soups offered:

Corn and Potato Chowder with Applewood-Smoked Bacon - Corn and fingerling potatoes simmer in a creamy stock topped with bacon!

Rave Chicken - A favorite! Chunks of chicken and vegetables (no pasta in this!) simmered in chicken stock with a hint of cream. You will RAVE about it!

Dinners offered:

Gorgonzola Shrimp Pasta - penne pasta, shrimp, and spinach in a creamy gorgonzola sauce! Delish!

Beef Daube Provencal - Daube is a braised French stew made with beef, veggies, garlic, and, of course, red wine! Melt-in-your-mouth goodness!!

Soups are $14 per quart
Dinners serve 2 ($20) or 4 ($40) - pick your servings

CC's Kitchen took a break after a very busy Thanksgiving week and weekend! We are back on track and offering soups and dinners for the week of 12/5!

Soups offered are:

Creamy Chicken Tortellini - chunks of chicken breast, cheese tortellini, and spinach simmered in a creamy stock. Make sure you have some garlic bread with this one!

Pasta e Fagioli - an Italian tradition of pasta and beans with veggies and tomatos in a chicken stock. This version is non-traditional because it has a little bit of sausage to enhance the flavor!

Dinners offered are:

Chard and White Bean Pasta - this is a gluten-free dish with lots of veggies, northern beans, and penne pasta in a marinara sauce. Yummy and healthy!

French Onion Chicken - chicken smothered in a french onion sauce and topped with melted cheeses! Served with two sides, CC's rice and roasted brussel sprouts.

Soups are $14 per quart
Dinners serve 4 (with leftovers) and are $40.

CC's Kitchen will offer two soups next week (week of Thanksgiving). We will also offer pies for your Thanksgiving dinner!

Soups offered are:
Italian Wedding - this is a favorite! CC's Kitchen chicken meatballs simmered in chicken stock, acni pepi pasta, and veggies!

Split Pea - Creamy pea soup chocked full of ham! Yummy!

Order your pies for Thanksgiving! We offer the traditional pumpkin, apple, and pecan. Ask for something different....cherry, chocolate pecan, pumpkin cheescake? Orders must be placed by Sunday, Nov. 20 Thank you!

Soups are $14 per quart.
Pies are $20 per pie.

CC's Kitchen is cooking up soups and chili for the week of 11/14...ready for pickup or local delivery on Tuesday, 11/16.

Soups offered are:

New England Clam Chowder - potatoes, clams, and bacon simmered in a creamy broth!

Potato & Leek - chock-full of veggies and bacon! This soup is finished with a little bit of sour cream to give it a tinge of tanginess...delish!

Dinners offered:

Quinoa Chili - lean ground beef, garbanzo and black beans simmer with tomatoes and quinoa. Top this with your favorite chili toppings!

Greek Orzo Chicken - chicken breasts sauteed with carrots and orzo pasta and topped with feta cheese.

Soups are $14 per quart
Chili is $25 and serves 4
Dinner serves 4 for $40

Happy Friday!!! CC's Kitchen is cooking up some favorites next week!!

Soups simmering are:
Rave Chicken - an absolute favorite! Chunks of chicken, onions, carrots, celery, and tomatoes simmered in chicken stock.

Creamy Tomato - another favorite....tomatoes, carrots, and onions pureed with a tiny bit of cream. Just add a grilled cheese sandwich and it's a meal!

Dinners offered are:

Turkey meatloaf - this one is different because it has portobello mushrooms in it! Sides are mashed potatoes and roasted brocolli. Yummy!

Jambalaya Risotto - Shrimp and andouille sausage slow cooked with tomato sauce, spices, and arborio rice. Delish!

Soups are $14 per quart
Dinners (serves 4) are $40

Happy Halloween weekend!!
CC's Kitchen will be cooking up some delicious soups and meals for the first week of November!!

Soups offered are:
Vegetable Wild Rice - A blend of tomatoes, celery, carrots, onions, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, green pepper, wild rice simmered in a vegetable stock...yummy goodness!!

Steakhouse - This is like eating a steak dinner in a bowl! Chunks of beef, potatoes, and vegetables simmered with spices and steak sauce in a beef stock.

Dinner offered is:
Ham and Swiss Cheese Chicken Roll-up - Thin chicken breasts with layers of ham and swiss cheese, sauteed in a white wine sauce. Brown rice and asparagus accompany this dish.

Soups are $14 per quart
Dinner serves 4 and is $40
