Wie Gehts, Lehigh Valley?! Schwarzbier!
That’s what’s up! Meaning “Black Lager” in German, this traditional style is beaming with notes of chocolate and coffee with little to no bitterness.
Lagered for over 4 weeks, it finished crisp and clean making it extremely drinkable. Prost!

It’s become an annual tradition for Kim McCall the Matriarch of the McCall family to do an amazing custom Trunk or Treat and debut it next to our b**r station at the Upper Macungie event. This year we had 6 b**r offerings and a totally custom McDonald’s setup! Happy Halloween everyone!

We’ve synergized big tropical fruit, juicy citrus, and dank aromatics into a scalable 8% platform that delivers maximum flavor while driving key refreshment metrics.

Oil Can - Imperial Pastry Stout brewed with Vanilla Creme filled Chocolate Cookies - 10.5% ABV

If I only had a pint…..

This pastry stout followed the yellow brick road straight into a pile of chocolate sandwich cookies. Oil Can is as black as a witch’s hat and is dunked in rich flavors of chocolate, sweet cream and roasted malt so decadent it could put a heart in a tin man.

At 10.5% this b**r has plenty of courage, maybe a bit of brains and no plans on going back to Kansas anytime soon.

Today our Taphouse kitchen manager extraordinaire, king of Christmas and all around amazing human being is marrying the love of his life.
The Taphouse will still be fully open for service, however, we are going to have a lighter staff than normal while the rest of the team is attending their beautiful union.
Please be patient, give our remaining crew some extra love, and also join us in congratulating Chris & Nick on their nuptials!
