Here at Hoggy Style, we don’t just sell you some trays of pig and sides and drop them off. We start around 6, slow-roasting your pig on site, and the pig is generally done around 4 pm. Then, we pick and pull the pig in front of your guests. We serve your pig with Vallos bakery hard rolls and barbecue sauce. If you choose to include sides, we produce all our sides from scratch - nothing mass-produced, with no preservatives, just quality ingredients.
