If you want to see pure determination in action, just put an inflatable obstacle course between a bunch of restaurant trainers and bragging rights! 🏆

Our annual LVRB Trainer Celebration is always the highlight of our year, bringing our Red Robin and Wingstop crew together under the sun for some much-needed play. After hours of epic competition, Team Northampton Valley (Northampton Crossings & Saucon Valley) took home the win. And yes, the dunk tank was every bit the splash-hit you'd expect. Our trainers have pinpoint accuracy when their managers are on the hot seat!

We kept the energy high with delicious eats from Cactus Blue Mexican Restaurant Food Truck and ice-cold treats from Kona Ice. Huge thanks goes to Northampton Regional Emergency Medical Services Inc for being on-site to keep our folks safe and hydrated, and to our Restaurant Support Office volunteers who made the whole event possible.

Our restaurants are only as strong as the leaders who guide them, and we couldn't ask for a better group to lead the way!

There's something delightfully chaotic about watching someone spin cotton candy for the first time. 🍬 (Final score: more sugar may have ended up on her than in the bags.)

Some of our Restaurant Support team spent the evening of August 12th at PCFLV's (Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley, Inc. ) Back to School Bash, handing out school supplies, running game stations, and firing up the grill for burgers and hot dogs. Turns out going back to our restaurant roots is a pretty great way to spend an evening!

But the best part of the night wasn't the cotton candy or the burgers. It was watching kids walk away with backpacks and supplies, ready to start the school year feeling a little more set up for success. Thank you PCFLV for letting us help with such a fun, special event! ❤️

🎉 1,000 BAGS PACKED! 🎉

Last week our Wingstop Bethlehem Square crew swapped the fry station for a packing line, and it was a BLAST. We teamed up with Blessings in a Backpack and packed 1,000 bags of food for kids across the Lehigh Valley! 🙌

Crew members, managers, everybody in between... the whole team showed up, and honestly? Watching everyone hustle down that assembly line might have been more fun than a Friday night rush. 😂 Lots of laughs, a little friendly competition over who could pack the fastest, and 1,000 kids who'll have food because of it.

Huge thanks to Blessings in a Backpack for letting us be part of something this good. We'd do it again tomorrow. 💛

We had a wonderful time volunteering with The Kindness Project: A Foster Care Resource! 💙 Our team spent the day organizing their barn and setting up their boutique space so foster families can easily access the items they need.

Supporting organizations that do good right in our backyard is always a win. Thank you, Kindness Project, for the amazing work you do!

Our Off-Premise and Marketing team recently joined forces with Dress for Success South Central PA to help organize their space and style some incredible outfits to empower local women in our community! Dress for Success supports women on their journey toward economic independence by providing professional attire, support, and development tools.

To wrap up an awesome day of service, the team put their problem-solving skills to the test with some intense escape room mystery solving at Escape Games Live! 🔐
