We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Jayson at in Philadelphia yesterday. What a great guy and talent! We just had to stay for a delicious meal. Corn meal coated catfish sandwich and the fries… oh those fries with beer cheese and another delicious dipping sauce (forgive me for not remembering what is called)! The bartender is very knowledgeable about their beer selections and all of the employees there are very friendly. You must try this place!

New product drop…Black Garlic!
Introducing a simple food with a wonderfully complex flavor. Black garlic is sweet meets savory, a perfect mix of molasses-like richness and tangy garlic undertones. It has a tender, almost jelly-like texture with a melt-in-your-mouth consistency similar to a soft dried fruit. Hard to believe, but true. It’s as delicious as it is unique.
We have a small batch available and are sold 2 bulbs per package. Please inquire for more details.

For me a proper tomato sandwich consists of sprouted bread, homegrown fresh off the vine tomato and a handful of fresh harvested micro-greens! For this sandwich I used our nutty and crunchy Sunflower micro-greens! 🌻

Have you ever tried Sunflower micro greens? Graced with a nutty flavor and a crunchy texture, sunflower microgreens are nothing short of awesome in sandwiches, soups, salads, scrambled eggs, and wraps. Both the leaves and the stems are edible.

Meet Celosia! Light green with pinkish red streaks and colorful stems. Nutritionally, celosia compares well to other leafy greens, containing protein, calcium, iron, phosphorus, and vitamins A and C. The leaves are a traditional vegetable in Central and West Africa. The flavor is spinach-like.

Want to take your salad to the next level? Add a handful of our nutrient dense micro-greens to your salad! I use a spring lettuce mix with radish, cucumber and sunflower seeds and then a handful of broccoli micro-greens for my nutritional boost. Crunchy and delicious as well!

They enjoyed a fabulous Italian Menu. For cocktail hour: Our Caprese Bruschetta, an Italian Charcuterie with Asiagiano, Fresh Mozzarella, cured Meats, Olives, & Marinated Specialties...plus our Stuffed Mushrooms.
Next, a simple Caesar Salad with Housemade Garlic Aioli and Croutons garnished with Gorgeous Rainbow Swiss Chard Microgreens from Verde Valley Served with Asiago Bread from Matty's Marvelous Makery and our own Pesto Butter.
For the dinner buffet: Chicken Parmigiana, Tortellini in Alfredo Sauce with sautéed organic Spinach, Baked Ziti, our Meatballs Marinara, and Roasted Vegetables.
