Hi cow friends! 👋
Did you know our family owns and operates a wedding venue? Garden Valley Gatherings is just down the road from the home farm, and we host weddings and other events May-October! We LOVE bringing people to beautiful rural America, and our unique Garden Valley area.

Guests have noticed in the evenings, our beautiful bovines can be found grazing in the pasture across the road from the venue, making for some pretty fun photo ops. 🐄

If you or someone you know is engaged (or will be in the future), please spread the word! We're nearly smack dab in the middle of Madison, WI and St. Paul, MN - just two hours in each direction. Easy drive and 7 minutes off the interstate!

Happy last day of June Dairy Month! 🍦 🧀

While every industry has its challenges and hard times, we are choosing to celebrate and be grateful for what this industry has provided us over the decades.

Being able to work alongside family every day (some days are harder than others) is such a blessing. Raising grandchildren on the farm, teaching them hard work, how to care for animals and the fun of getting some mud on your boots brings so much joy to our family.

We are so lucky to be a part of the dairy industry and thank you all for continuing to consume cheese, butter, yogurt and milk. Keep at it!

Dairy does the body good! (Unless you’re lactose intolerant. 💩 Then be sure to choose a lactose-free dairy product at least. 😉)
