Small family farmer looking for farm land to rent for the fall of 2026, and spring of 2027 season and beyond. We are looking for any size farm land - small acre to larger acreage in and around the Alma, Shepherd, Elwell, Forest Hill, or Riverdale area. We grow wheat, corn, soybeans, and some sunflowers. We have the ability with our smaller equipment to do the fields the larger guys may not want. We can do shares. 67/33 or we can discuss cash payments at end of the growing season
