Sweetie totally blessed me this week! 🥰 He called me at the office and said hey how bout you fix some sides tonight and I will grill for us up at Pirates Cove! 😍 I call it Sweetie’s Cove because he worked so hard on its creation….the dock, he built many years ago. But, the last couple summers he had to restore it and then he added a rock grill and storage shed that he uses for all his cooking gear. He has collected several antique stain glass windows and installed them on dock and his shed. And they are truly beautiful. ♥️ He also built a rock fence and iron gates to add ambiance and keep the cattle out. This summer he bought a really cool swing and it is now our favorite place to sit and watch the catfish come up to feed, as he installed an automatic feeder. 😃 I love this spot so much because I know how much he put into it and how much he loves it. 🥰 So nice to just relax and take in a beautiful sunset. Here are a few pics of our evening this week! You can tell the ribs are good by that smile on his face. I couldn’t stop taking pics of him, until he said “enough Regina eat your ribs before they get cold” 🥰🤣 Just between you and me my favorite is his chicken though…the best! I dip every juicy chunk in his McCoy BBQ sauce! 😋😋😋 Well good night. Thankful for life’s unexpected sweet times. 😊

Sweetie and I were blessed to have Pippi and Jonah for a week while their parents went on a well needed vacation to Florida. 🥰 What a great time we had. ♥️ There were several fun things going on in our area over the weekend. 😃 It started off Friday night, going to Praise Fest. Megan Woods sang her song “The Truth”. She has a truly beautiful voice. ♥️ This weekend we attended OZtober Fest in Wamego the home of the new World’s tallest Toto! What a perfect photo opp! It is always great to see the locals and walk through all the booths filled with unique crafts. 😊 Pippi, and Jonah had a request for chocolate chip cookies 🍪by you know who (Sweetie 🤣). If he could he would have had them bake a fresh batch every night. 😂 The best part about the week was just being together on the ranch, grilling, relaxing and going on evening rides. 🥰 We couldn’t help but lift up gratitude to God for the recent rains and beautiful sunny days. 🙏 Check out the pics of Gods gorgeous creation. Truly stunning. Our dogs enjoyed running the high pastures in the cool autumn air.

Yesterday, Regina and her team spent some time in The Ranch Kitchen taking photos of our fall products that will be heading to Aldi stores this November! 🍂
 
Regina loves the creativity of designing a romance shot by hand and finding new ways to showcase our products. In a world of technology and artificial intelligence it is important to be intentional with our creativity and have fun doing it!

It’s Tuesday and I would like to stop and share some fun pics from Sweetie and my weekend! 😃Our house was full with friends…and we were surprised to receive a call from our dear friends Stephanie & John who came in and stayed the night. 😍 What a well needed blessing to our souls. 😊 Nothing better then hanging out with friends and getting to catch up on each others lives and hear about the good and the hard things in life. We are always quick to encourage each other on. I’m so thankful for the lifted up prayers we do for each other and the great belly laughs from all the story telling …it was definitely medicine to my soul. Thank you Stephanie! ♥️ We also went to our local blues festival, 🎶 always nice to see the neighbours as that truly is my favorite part about the whole event. Enjoyed creating a pretty table Fall center piece with my copper pans I have been collecting. I found the perfect pumpkin 🎃scented candle from Glo Aesthetics & Boutique in Manhattan! It’s a love! 🧡 Well better get to bed Sweetie is calling me. 🥰Take care of your self this week! 🫶 God bless you as you go out and come back in! ♥️

I give this weekend a 10 for beauty, rest and peace! Thank you Lord!😃 We even got a good rain storm ⛈️ last night. We can feel Fall in the air for sure this evening. 🍁 Today was the first time Shelby got to go to the pond for a good swim since her surgery. And boy was she happy! She even got to run her little heart out up to the cabin pond. She will soon be able to go hang out with her buddy Duke. They both have been a bit depressed not getting to get rough and crazy with each other. Thursday can’t get here soon enough. Hopefully she will start up a hearty appetite and gain back the weight she lost.
Well this weekend filled my heart full with joy and love having our family over Friday night for enchiladas! We love them so much. 🥰 What a fun day Raschell and I and the kids had doing our photo shoot (photos coming soon 😃), and making delicious food together! My cup overflows with gratitude for all our blessings. ♥️
Dear friends, may God bless you with peace, rest and abundance of His love this coming week. Be sure to stop and find the beauty, maybe actually snap a pic here and there and get that cup of coffee with a dear friend or make time for a evening hot tea and phone chat with someone you been meaning to call and catch up. ♥️

A prayer in remembrance of 9/11.
Lord be with our fellow Americans that lost a dear loved one 25 years ago. Let them never be forgotten. Lord heal the wounds of our nations hearts on this day. 😢 We humble ourselves to you. We seek your face and grace, mercy and love for that is the only way we can move forward and once again be a strong people that will shine the light for the world to see. Help us to return to you with all our hearts so that we see your divine providence of protection on America today and always.
In Christ’s name Amen. 🙏
