Here's a video of scraping up the manure from the cows after they have left the barn for the evening. Fresh grit lime will be laid down for traction for the cows for morning. Video and commentary taken by 7 year old Cora 😂. Dairy farm life through the eyes of a 7 year old.

Here the cows are outside having a feast, and at the end, a jealous cow because I was petting the cat instead of her. In the summertime the cows get fed outside, in the winter they get fed inside in the manger with a power feed cart.

Pumpkins may be the majority of our page, but milking and raising cows is where it all began and what we continue to do. Here's a clip of some of the nightly chores where you can meet some of the ladies exiting the barn.
