Batch 3 out today. A few tweaks from b2 due to feedback. Powder made the seasoning to hot for most, switched to whole peppers and will grind myself to add texture, another critique. Umami powder was added to add a bit of depth of flavor and complexity. Scotch bonnet and Japanese Pepper flakes removed to cut down on heat a bit as well. Will reach out to those that provided solid feedback to test b3.
