While this may not be everyone's cup of tea, I tried a creation someone had made a couple weeks ago: Ham, Bacon, and Peanut Butter with honey! It really doesn't need the ham in my opinion, but if this salty with a touch of sweet, protein-loaded combo is your thing, come on down! Even if it's not, build your crêpe how you like!
