Eye of the round roast, rump roast, and beef shank. That is all we have left at our farm store for the next few months. 1 rump roast, 2 eye of the round roasts, and 4 shank. These are all leaner cuts good for slow cooking in the crock pot, or cooking to medium rare and slicing thin against the grain. Eye of the round is also good for making jerky. $9.50/lb for roasts and $6.50/lb for shank. Head to the farm store for pick up or let me know what you'd like and we will get beef to you.
