Sales Trainer/Brand Ambassador

Full-time, 40 to 45 hrs per week

Job Description:
• The Sales Trainer/Brand Ambassador’s primary responsibility is to train, motivate, improve, and track the performance of Deli Associates (our sales team!), so they can provide an exceptional customer experience to each and every customer who approaches the deli.
• You will go through an extensive training program learning the attributes of our premium, quality product line, along with our customer service/selling model.
• Your training will also consist of learning the rules and procedures of the Deli Department, so that you can act a true consultant to help maintain and improve deli operations.
• The position also involves some sales and inventory management. Attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to analyze product movement, using basic math skills.
• Merchandise Boar’s Head Products, check for sale signs and price tags on a regular basis.
Requirements:
• Being responsible for a limited number of stores, having your own, reliable transportation is a must. A car stipend, along with a fuel card will be provided by the company.
• Ability to converse with customers to create awareness of what makes our products so special is a must.
• Ability to develop a trusting, value-added rapport with store managers, deli managers and associates.
• Willingness to operate a deli slicer to help customers, lead by example and train new deli associates. Training will be provided.
• Reliability and good communication skills a must.
• Ability to work on your feet throughout the day.
• Must be a positive person who can spread positivity and motivation to those being trained.
