Barter Labor in exchange for rent of a 4-bedroom Mobile Home on Horse Farm in Alpharetta
We are searching for a family who would like to live in our nice single wide mobile home in Alpharetta on a large horse farm in SE Cherokee County (Excellent Schools)
This is a strict barter situation. Must work so many hours per month to live here. Hours can be divided between adults and older teenagers. We offer a flexible schedule and can work around a pre-arranged schedule if communication is clear. We are willing to train the right family. Ideal candidates have no fear of horses and some knowledge of horses would be a plus. Capable of doing farm work, using tractors, landscape equipment, fixing fencing, etc.
The housing is a 4-bedroom mobile home with 2 bedrooms on each side and a two-full bathroom on each side with a shared kitchen and living room. Also, the agreement comes with paid utilities water, electricity, and trash.
This rental would be super ideal for people already employed but want to secure their home in case there is not enough work that month or, that they want to save money and work off rent.
Looking for Non-Smoker, no drugs/ minimal drinking, able to pass a background check. Pets upon approval with a cash deposit for each animal. Boarding a horse or two is also a possibility.
